Our diet specialist licenced chef gives the maximum importance to the freshness and quality of the ingredients, considered as essential features for a high level cuisine.
Everyday you can choose whatever you prefer from our 4-5 plates menu, always accompanied with very variegate fresh and various salads and vegetables buffet.
Once a week you can have a gourmet dinner and a wine tasting. During the mid-week we will please you with little salty delicatenesses together with our "prosecco" wine which is bottled through our particular cuveè or our affirmed Dolomites Kyr.
